Welcome!

Onyx PetCare was created for our love for animals. However, It’s more than that. We want to run a business based on integrity. Honest communication with our pet parents. All parties must feel comfortable. It matters whom one entrusts with their pets and/or in their homes. We will respect clients privacy. We understand that pets are family. We know how we want our pets treated. We will treat your pets like our own. We want each pet to know they are loved. We want them to feel comfortable and safe when you’re away from home. How is that possible? By giving them structure and plenty of love. We have considered all of the pets needs. Keeping everyone safe including our staff is a priority.

Meet the Team

Gee Centeno-Owner

Gee has been a resident of Laurel since 2003. She created her first business A Mother’s Hand, LLC in 2012. Although she did offer PetCare she decided to dedicate more time to pets. Gee’s first dog was a black Labrador named Onyx. She learned many lessons from her and wanted to honor Onyx by naming the business after her. Gee currently has a Chihuahua named Julio, and two cats, Diego and Pepita.

Christina Curtis-PetCare Provider

Christina grew up in Laurel and loves all pets. She has a 7-year-old daughter who shares her love of animals. Christina loves being outdoors especially when dog walking! She also helps Gee with A Mother’s Hand, LLC

Esmeralda Mena-PetCare Provider

Esmeralda is new to PetCare and The US. She is a kind person and enjoys learning about and caring for animals. When she’s not working she spends time with her family as well as working on English. She also helps Gee with A Mother’s Hand, LLC.

Gigi Paluch-PetCare Provider

Gigi is a part time walker and sitter who started in Spring of 2023. She grew up with three dogs. She also provides care for her friends and families pets. When she's not taking care of pets, you can find her reading a book on the beaches of Cape May.
